Lol I look back on my comment, it does have a understated, blasé tone to it. Actually, I thought the first episode was good, and the second one was better because there was more going on! I’m looking forward to the next episode to see where it goes. I’m hoping the momentum keeps up!

lol phew!! I'm highly anticipating next week's episode, too. I want to know more about those Hutt twins (although the CGI wasn't great), and I'm hoping that the flashback Boba finally leaves the Tuskens. I'm guess he stays on Tatooine since that's where we meet him (or his boots anyway) in The Mandalorian.

I was so excited to almost get my wish of a new Rancor. Next time ;) Having a monster in the pit seems like something Fennec would enjoy.

Yeee!! I actually enjoyed seeing some cameos and Easter eggs in this week’s episode. It’s nice to see that Camie and Fixer are alright.

Wonder how’d they react to their friend being the Jedi knight and galactic hero lol

That was Camie and Fixer in that bar? lol I completely missed that!! Obviously I'm going to have to rewatch :D

I agree, it would be interesting to see their reactions, they must know that Luke's a Jedi, there has to be some sort of intergalactic news station or something!

I'd love an "extended edition" of the trilogy that incorporates all the cut scenes/characters. Give me Tosche Station, more Biggs (one of the only good things about the special editions was the reintroduction of his scene on Yavin), Luke building his lightsaber, Luke and Han's goodbye outside the Falcon on Tatooine...! But it's never going to happen.

Yup! They were at Tosche Station! It’s cool that those characters from the deleted scenes were brought into live action.

Perhaps we’ll just have to wait and see… I still have some hope.

There's a certain amount of "fix-it" to The Mandalorian and Book of Boba Fett (like when they restore characters from deleted scenes) and I have to say I love it!

It’s nice! I also like that the show runners and writers on Mando and Boba are drawing inspiration and bringing back specific characters from the classic EU.

Yes! I wish they'd been in control of the sequels....

Agreed! They would have actually had a plan and definitely would have consulted with Lucas, and possibly even used his treatments as the foundation for that plan.

I just saw the 2nd ep as well! I liked it a lot! Definitely looking forward to more. I really like their Tuskens, although there are things about them that make me go "ugh, that doesn't work!" XD I spent too much time researching, I'm afraid.

Also, it's really obvious they're working from TCW material, which is such an odd feeling! Seeing things go from a kiddy cartoon to srs-bnss live-action is so weird.

Ah, I’m not too familiar with the Tuskens outside of the original six films. Tho I did read Heart of the Jedi a while back. Tho the lore was much different in the early 90s lol
