Grocery shopping: Rey; I'm a picky eater and so it would be good to spend time with someone who will actually appreciate the fresh fruits and vegetables and seafood, she'll make me feel grateful for what I have access to.
Car drive: Poe, I can't drive so I will bum a ride off the transportation expert. We make it there in 2:45 because he treats some of the highway speed limits as suggestions.
Art gallery: Finn, he seems like a sweetheart and I want someone to spend time with and chat. Maybe he makes fun of me for being like "meh, I don't understand or like modern art, let's skip this wing." Or maybe he agrees, IDK.

I think that either Rey or Finn would be good on the car ride, as they are both accustomed to tedium. I would take BB8 to the art gallery -- its perceptions would surely be intriguing.

Grocery shopping, probably Poe. He's been around the galaxy and I'd be interested to know more about what they eat.

There are some aspects I loved about this movie--the three new characters had such great chemistry! Finn's story had so much potential!--that I didn't mind overmuch that it was something of a retread of the OT. It's definitely my favorite of the sequels.

- Rey I would take grocery shopping. She'd appreciate the variety! I could see her needing several carts.

- Poe I would take on the car drive. He'd probably make the three hours more like two.

- Finn I would take to the art gallery. I could see him having a good eye and even better commentary

grocery shopping — rey because she could probably get me the best deals and would be so very starry-eyed by all the varieties of food

road trip — ... does bb8 count as a character? can i have a droid buddy? otherwise it'll have to be someone who can drive, so. whoever that is, lol.

art gallery — i feel like poe would be a fun person to go to an art gallery with, especially if you wanted to both appreciate the art and be silly while doing it
