All of the lightsaber action and the Duel of the Fates as well as the Acting in Qui-Gon's death scene are epic. Did anybody else have the little lightsaber spoons that came in the cereal boxes?

Honestly, I think aside from Jar Jar Binks being just Too Much, it was a really good film. I saw it when I was 10 and I stand by that assessment. :D
